全部单独配置服务日志不集成elk

一、该问题的重现步骤是什么？

1. 不想使用elk 减少工作量发现现在gateway模块不能输出日志到到指定文件夹其他服务都是输出到target文件夹下

2. 看了论坛说要把logback-test.xml 放到resource下可以覆盖原来配置现在一直报错

二、你期待的结果是什么？实际看到的又是什么？

我可以单独配置每个服务的日志不使用elk

三、你正在使用的是什么产品，什么版本？在什么操作系统上？

blade-cloud 3.0.1 在linux

四、请提供详细的错误堆栈信息，这很重要。
