加入seata依赖，服务启动失败

一、该问题的重现步骤是什么？

1. 想要使用分布式事务seata，但是加入seata依赖

blade-starter-transaction

之后，启动服务失败。

2. 在启动类上加了

@SeataCloudApplication

3.在服务类上加了

(= Exception.)

4.按照文档做的

二、你期待的结果是什么？实际看到的又是什么？

期待的结果，可以使用seata，正常启动服务。

三、你正在使用的是什么产品，什么版本？在什么操作系统上？
